Goh Puay Cheh is the Executive Director of the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore. She has more than 25 years of experience in auditing, banking and finance, risk consulting and in the academia. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). Before joining ISCA, Puay Cheh was the Director in Risk Consulting with Deloitte Singapore where she provided risk consulting and internal audit services to public agencies, companies and charities. She began her career in Deloitte as an auditor and then in Corporate Finance at DBS Bank. She was also a Manager and Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic. In addition to being a Certified Internal Auditor, her designations include Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certification in Risk Management Assurance
