Woon Teck is currently our Managing Director in RSM’s Risk Advisory division. He works closely with Boards and the C-suite in designing a risk management framework that links corporate strategies to risk management activities, corporate governance and internal control activities.

He is concurrently an Executive Director with the firm’s Corporate Advisory division, advising clients on corporate strategies, succession planning, profit improvements and cross-border M&A transactions. His work covers a wide range of industries in the UK, the US, Canada, China and ASEAN countries.

Woon Teck is an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Singapore Management University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Singapore Institute of Directors and Chartered Management Institute, UK. He was a member of the committee formed by SPRING Singapore to issue a Technical Reference for Management Consultancy Services businesses. Woon Teck is also a Committee Member of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore Council.

He authored the "Financial Handbook for SMEs" guide and co-authored the "Risk Governance for the Third Sector" workbook as well as the "Doing Business in ASEAN" guidebook.
