Ho Seng Chee is the Head of Group Human Resources at CapitaLand Limited. The CapitaLand Group is one of Asia's largest real estate companies, with over $80b assets under management and more than 14,000 employees worldwide.
A lawyer by training, Seng Chee started his professional career in private law practice in Singapore. He then spent a decade as a senior staff member at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC, USA. At the IMF, he held positions spanning strategic communications, policy planning, fund management, and legal work.
In 2008, Seng Chee joined Mapletree Investments as Group Chief of Corporate Services (overseeing HR, communications, legal and administration). He was subsequently appointed as Mapletree's Vietnam CEO and was based in Ho Chi Minh City. He left Mapletree and joined CapitaLand in 2016.
Seng Chee holds a Master of Laws (International Legal Studies) from New York University, a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from Singapore Management University.
