Ms. Winifred LohDirector, Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL)
Since 2014, Winifred has worked with Board Chairs/Members and CEO/Senior Executives of local non-profit organisations (NPOs) to deepen their leadership bench strength, identify governance challenges and facilitate organisational transformations for greater social impact. Before becoming a non-profit professional, she spent over 20 years in public-listed companies, holding executive roles in human resources, learning and organization development, and talent management.
Winifred is currently serving on the Board of Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO), after two consecutive terms (2012 – 2016) as President of the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE), a leading women’s advocacy group in Singapore.
She also serves as a Member of the Industry Advisory Board (2015 – 2018) for the Centre for Future-Ready Graduates at the National University of Singapore. In 2017, she was appointed to the Board of the Singapore International Film Festival, the largest (over 100 films) and longest running (since 1987) film event in Singapore.
Winifred holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development, from George Washington University, USA.
