To me, his explanation helped shed some light.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">I also believe that AGMs are important for the governance of a company as they provide a vital platform for shareholders to directly ask questions to the company\u2019s management team.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a shareholder, I attend at least 2 AGMs annually.
