David Gerald is the Founder, President and CEO of Securities Investors Association (Singapore) or SIAS. He founded SIAS in 1999 to successfully contest the freezing of shares owned by 172,000 Singapore investors in Malaysian companies by the Malaysian government. Today, SIAS has 66,000 members. SIAS, the voice of retail investors in Singapore, actively promotes investor education at all levels in the community, as well as investor rights programmes and corporate governance and transparency. The Business Times described Mr Gerald as "such a power in the stock market that he is often given the royal treatment companies normally reserved for major fund managers". He has been featured in international magazines and often appears on television news networks to discuss corporate governance issues. Before establishing SIAS, Mr Gerald served as a Magistrate, Coroner and Deputy Public Prosecutor, and in private practice as an Advocate Solicitor, in a legal career spanning some 30 years.

Andrew Liew is a career banker and a pioneer in consumer banking in Singapore and the Asian region. He joined Citibank as a Management Associate and has held various senior positions from branch managment to back office operations spanning a period of twenty years. He was retail bank country head for Citibank in Korea and CitiPhone Banking Director responsible for the rollout of the phone banking platform across Citibank's franchises in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. After Citibank, Andrew joined OCBC Bank where he was the retail services head for Singapore and Malaysia responsible for branding, marketing and product development. He led the establishment of ABN AMRO's consumer bank in Singapore as Executive Director when the bank was awarded Qualifying Full Bank status. He crossed over from banking to securities when he was appointed head of retail business for the Singapore Exchange. Since then, Andrew has been working overseas commencing as Managing Director for a de novo bank in Qatar, Al Khaliji Commercial Bank, responsible for the launch of retail banking. More recently, he was Senior Banking Adviser to Tangshan City Commercial Bank in Hebei, China. He is currently an adviser on weath management to a major local bank In Vietnam. Always a champion of the individual customer, Andrew has special interests in developing retail financial and wealth management services in emerging markets.

Ang Hao Yao, age 39 is a Director of Trader Investment Pte Ltd a private investment company he started in 2000. He is also a Director of Sata Commhealth, a charity operating medical centres in Singapore where he is the Chairman of the Investment and Finance Committee. In SIAS, he currently serves as a member of the Corporate Goverance Committee and the Investor Education Advisory Committee. He had previously served 3 terms on the SIAS Management Committee as the Chairman of Membership. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and BSc Economics from Santa Clara University- USA, MBA Finance and Investment from University of Hull- UK and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
