About us

SIAS is "the voice" for minority investors

The Securities Investors Association (Singapore) or SIAS is a charity that aims to protect and promote the rights of investors. SIAS encourages shareholders to be active and seeks to engage in constructive dialogue with companies, and resolve disputes amicably, in the boardroom and not in the courtroom. Through investor education and advocacy, investors can make better informed decisions and protect their interests when they know their rights as investors.
