I have attended AGMs twice. It is excellent to have knowledge and awareness as a shareholder. Yes, I do think that it is very important to have AGMs. Through the AGMs I attended, I have gained knowledge on how to invest as well as learnt about how to look for a good share with profit and stability. Such companies are good to invest in. AGMs, when done well, can result in improvements for the retail investors.
